It is the right size at just under 100 pages so you can actually read it and understand it not just look over it.
There are 7 chapters plus a conclusion that guides you from what you should be selling at the interview to how to close the interview.

User-Friendly and Easily Digestible
By Bill Burkhart
Many compliments to Russ Hovendick on a great book. This is an extremely useful piece that is as easy and enjoyable to read as it is beneficial to career seekers. All readers will benefit from "How to Interview," from the most experienced of professionals to newly minted college graduates and transitioning military personnel. I highly recommend this book if you're looking to improve your interviewing skills whether you're a new career seeker or a hiring manager or any other title. Russ has provided us with a potent and succinct guide that encapsulates decades of experience. I especially like the positivity of the book and the "folksy" feel of Russ' message. Few books are "must reads." This is one of those rare gems.

How to Interview; A must have, user-friendly guide to a successful inteview
By James L. Stewart
This is an easily understood, entertaining book that should be read by anyone from the high school graduate to the currently employed who is looking for a job or possibly changing one. The author gives the reader an insight as to what the interviewer is thinking, and how they are interpreting your answers to their questions. Russ explains how many people sell themselves short, how to re-route their views on their experiences and how to present them during an interview. The book is a must have, very valuable reference, that can be reviewed time and time again by anyone looking for a job.
